It is because of the rumored shooting that occurred in the year 2018 that his name has been spelled out. The police assured that they would continue to investigate the case. Many people want to know more regarding the incident. Fortunately, for his music, the incident happened in New York City, in the vicinity of the W Hotel. He suffered only minor bruises. The footage showed two black men in sweatshirts who were involved in the shooting. Chief had been with Glory Boys Entertainment group heading to the concert at the time of it happening.
