Lesley Ann Brandt was a South African actress and model born on December 2nd 1981. Her most prominent performances are on television as well as in films. Brandt was the first actress to make her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a period drama. She began her acting career as a New Zealander who appeared on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared on various TV shows in the past decade. This includes Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born in Cape Town, South Africa. She moved to Auckland with her family when she was in her teens. Her career began as model for print ads and commercial ads. Before she had a career as a model She worked as a salesperson working in retail and an information-technology recruitment consultant. In 2009, she was cast on an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In 2021, she had her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role of Naevia. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter in Netflix's popular show Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer is the biggest one up to now. In this show, she is co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
