Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman with the energy and wisdom of an adolescent paired with the wisdom of a sage is the best example today of modern day woman who is able to accomplish everything. Marilu Henner is an actor writer, author, producer of talk show shows, and entrepreneurs. She also performs as the singer and dancer. It's no wonder she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu Henne's whole life is testimony to how powerful her health-conscious lifestyle has proven to be. She is a firm believer that a healthy body will enable the person to be able to perform everything. However, it wasn't always this way. In her teens, she watched as her weight grew. She indulged in emotional foods and felt sick all the every day. Her parents, both aged in their 50s, and being afflicted by heart attacks or arthritis-related issues, passed away. The woman realized that she had to assume responsibility for her health. The goal was not to lose weight but to enhance the health of our bodies and develop ways to improve the capacity of our bodies to function.
